  I ordered pasta & meatball(s) lunch special and when I got it there was only one meatball in the middle with pasta all around. I called to say they should specify lunch special comes with only one meatball or on menu have it say meatball not meatball(s). The lady proceeded to inform me that it is that way because there is a lunch & dinner portion. Understood, but I feel it should still be specified that there is only one meatball served in the lunch special. I continued to tell the girl that I am still hungry from having just one meatball and pasta I think 2 meatballs at least, should be given! To me, the way the lady responded back and hung the phone up seemed like she did not care.. bad customer service!
